Eating fruits and vegetables should be a stable thing to do in every home. I personally am not perfect in applying this principle but I try in my own way to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible.

Now, note that the idea is to adopt a method or a routine that works best for you bearing in mind that what works for Mr. A may not necessarily work for Mr. B because we are different individuals with different body types, cultures and of course lifestyles.
