Studies have shown that over 100 couples do all kinds of petty things for up to three weeks to reflect how angry they are with their spouses. When their blood sugars are measured (a reflection of hunger), those with a lower nightly blood sugar levels do twice as much crazy and petty stuff as their spouses with higher blood sugar levels.

This petty stuff ranges from exercising, yoga, hanging out with friends and even snacking. Remember to always take a deep breath, snack as many time as possible on healthy foods and be happy. Cheers!
